Milo Dinosaur Chia Seed Pudding

No dinosaur was harmed in my kitchen, I swear. Haha.

The Milo Dinosaur is a popular chocolate malt drink in Singapore and Malaysia that consists of an iced Milo with a heap of Milo powder on top. Not sure how the name came about though but I heard it originated from Malaysia. Perhaps it has something to do with the Milo powder heap looking like a dinosaur’s back?

Anyway, just a week ago, I shared a Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe and also why chia seed is good for us. I wanted to include more of such superfood in my diet but it would be too boring to make the same type of pudding all the time so I thought of giving it a local twist and turning it into a new dessert that both the young and old would enjoy provided you like Milo.

Milo Dinosaur Chia Seed Pudding

Ta-daa! Introducing my new invention – the Milo Dinosaur Chia Seed Pudding. Just dig into it for all that chocolatey goodness – absolutely yummy. ๐Ÿ™‚

As Milo powder itself is already quite sweet, there is no need to add any sweetener. Also, I used skimmed milk just to keep the calories a little lower. Use whole milk if you like for a richer texture. Enjoy!
