Stir Fried Char Siew Don Recipe

Char Siew Don Recipe

The char siew pork used for this recipe is super easy to make as it doesn’t involve any roasting of meat. Simply marinate thinly sliced pork (those pre-packed for shabu shabu will be ideal) and stir fry them in the pan which will only take a few minutes to cook.

Of course, you can use store-bought char siew sauce but I do find it too sweet for my liking. Instead of adding sugar, I chose to use honey just to give that subtle sweetness of the char siew flavour while keeping the sauce coating balanced. Enjoy!
