Sesame Beef Noodles Recipe

My energy level has been really low in recent weeks. It’s just this feeling of malaise and fatigue that refuses to go away. And it doesn’t help that I keep wanting to fall asleep in the day and yet I’m still not able to sleep properly at night. Also, there have been frequent bouts of giddiness/headaches and body weakness/numbness that alternates with trembling/shaking. Really interferes with my exercise routine which I can’t keep up with now. I even feel shortness of breath, giddiness (like wanting to black out) and extreme fatigue after vacuuming the floor which I can normally do with no problem. Kinda frustrating. I’ve scheduled myself for a full health screening next week to find out what’s wrong with me. Just don’t have a good feeling about it but I’m reminding myself to stay positive.

Have you had your health screening yet?

Health screening is something that everyone should really go for at least once every two years if not every year. It’s always good to keep your health in check and seek help immediately if anything is amiss. I realise a number of people around me don’t do that and by the time they realise something is wrong because of pain or whatsoever and they want to start treatment, it’s already too late because the illnesses are already in the advanced stage.

I’ve shared this before when I had my thyroid surgery and I just want to share it again. Early detection of illness is better than cure. Not only it will lessen our pain, it will also lessen the pain of our loved ones. The impact of losing someone very quickly to a illness is beyond imagination and this is the last thing I ever want my loved ones to go through. So yes, please schedule a health check if you haven’t had one for a long while.

Sharing a healthy Sesame Beef Noodles Recipe today. I used soba noodles for this dish but you can use any kind of noodles that you like – egg noodles, ramen noodles, rice noodles, etc. Enjoy.
