The Muffinry Bakery & Cafe – Gourmet Muffins

I recently spotted this little bakery shop tucked away in a row of shophouses while on the way for a team lunch with my colleagues and vowed to return to try its muffins. Shortly after, my colleague bought some for us and I must say they have one of the best muffins I have ever tried.

Barely opened for long since August, this bakery seems to be gaining popularity with the young and old and I just have to pack a dozen of these this time.

Packed in a nice box and a pretty neat recyclable bag carrier.

 $2.40 each (buy 5 get 1 free)
After trying several flavours, I made out the Banana Walnut with Chocolate Chips and Lavender Lemon to be my favourites. The muffins were freshly baked and they were never stingy with the ingredients. Best of all, the sweetness was just about right and the inside was always moist and fluffy. Exactly how I love my muffins to be.
And if you bring and reuse the recyclable bag on your next visit, you get to receive a 50 cents discount off your purchase of >$12.00. Environmentally friendly? Smart marketing move too.

Muffin lovers, please go check this out. You are advised to refer to their muffin roster on their facebook page to ensure availability of your favourite flavours before you head over.
