Chinese Style Grilled Chicken Recipe

It is probably easiest to just buy bottled or packet sauces from the supermarket but most of the times, we can actually use some of our cooking essentials to create an equally flavoursome marinate sauce for meats. In this Grilled Chicken Recipe, oyster sauce and honey do the trick so you’d get this slightly sticky coating on the chicken that tasted salty, savoury and sweet at the same time. Besides chicken legs, you can use any cuts that you like. Could even use on pork chops too. I served it with steamed brown rice and some stir fried sugar snap peas for a complete balanced meal. This recipe is good for a weeknight dinner as you can marinate the chicken the night before and it only takes half an hour to get it ready so dinner preparation becomes a breeze.
