Cinnabon Singapore: Messy, Gooey Cinnamon Rolls That Look Absolutely Sinful

Cinnabon wasn’t exactly penciled in on my to-do list that day. My plan was simple: pop into Citylink Mall to get my ski pants altered, then head straight home. But errands have a way of leading you into little detours, and in this case, it was the irresistible scent of cinnamon drifting out from Raffles City basement that stopped me in my tracks.

Before long, curiosity (and cravings) nudged me into Cinnabon, where trays of freshly baked rolls were calling my name. I left with a warm, gooey box of cinnamon rolls to go — no regrets!

When ‘Disgusting’ Actually Means Amazing

Just as I was deciding what flavours to go for, the lady next to me (sounded like an American tourist) said these were ‘disgusting’. We both looked at each other and laughed out loud because I knew immediately that she meant ‘disgustingly awesome’. She and her friend ended up with a box each to go too!

This little moment perfectly captures what Cinnabon does to people, haha!

Where to Find Cinnabon in Singapore

Besides this outlet at Raffles City, Cinnabon is also located at ION Orchard and Jewel Changi Airport.

The CinnaPack Bundle Deal

I went for the Cinnabon 4 CinnaPack at $26.80 for any 4 Big rolls. This deal works brilliantly if you want to mix and match flavours and enjoy a little saving. Perfect for trying multiple varieties.

Make Them Taste Fresh Again

If you’re bringing the rolls back home to eat like I did, heat them up in the microwave first. It’s just a more satisfying way to enjoy these cinnamon rolls.

Here’s what makes these cinnamon rolls special: they look exactly how cinnamon rolls should look! Messy, sticky, gooey and indulgent. They make you want to pick them up with your hands, get your fingers dirty and dive right in.

The Flavour Breakdown

Classic

The original star features soft, pillowy dough with a lovely aroma of cinnamon without being overwhelming. The cream cheese frosting balances everything beautifully.

Makara cinnamon is the key ingredient in their secret recipe. Once you taste it, you can tell the difference. It has a bolder and more intense aroma than regular cinnamon.

Every bite stays gooey and warm when fresh. The frosting can feel slightly rich but pairs wonderfully with the bread. The bread itself was decent, though not the softest and fluffiest like the ones from rrooll which I’ve reviewed before.

Chocobon

The chocolate drizzle makes this feel like a more indulgent, richer version of the Classic. However, the chocolate somehow distracts from the cinnamon and cream cheese flavours that make the Classic so special. I still prefer the Classic to this variant.

Caramel Pecanbon

The pecans add much-needed crunch that cuts through the softness. It’s texturally more interesting than the previous two — gooey, nutty, and sweet in a way that feels layered rather than one-note.

Dark Chocolate Peanutbon

This delivers a well-balanced combination of peanut butter and chocolate. It’s nutty and rich, with crushed peanuts adding satisfying crunch.

Limited Edition Adventures

Cinnabon regularly introduces new Mini Bon of the Week varieties. During my last visit, they had Mini Dinosaur Marshmallow Mochibon and Mini Pistachio Red Velvetbon. These limited-time offerings give you reasons to check back often and discover something new.

Final Verdict

Cinnabon delivers a super indulgent treat that I wouldn’t mind having every now and then. Sometimes you need such comforting treats to boost your mood.

I really appreciate the frosting from Cinnabon and love how their cinnamon rolls are presented. However, I do prefer the bread texture from rrooll. If someone could combine the frosting from Cinnabon with the bread rolls from rrooll, that would be a formidable formula! Both parties could consider working together and launch a series of “Cinnarrooll”! 😉
