Dark Chocolate Covered Corn Flakes with Raisins Recipe

Ingredients (makes about 24)
220g dark chocolate (I use Cadbury Old Gold 70% Cocoa)
200g corn flakes
60g raisins
hundreds and thousands as topping
colourful rice as topping
24 mini baking cups

Instructions
1. Break the chocolate bar into small chunks and melt them in a double boiler. Or simply just use a bowl over a pan of hot water.

2. When the chocolate has completely melted, add the corn flakes & raisins and give the mixture a good stir till well combined.
3. Spoon the mixture into mini baking cups and sprinkle any toppings of your choice. Chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving.

I like the original taste of dark chocolate so I prefer not to use any golden syrup or butter like what other recipes do. Indulge in the rich chocolatey flavour and enjoy the crunch from the cornflakes and sweetness from the raisins. Totally addictive. Whenever I opened the fridge, I just had to pop one in my mouth.
