Sounds like a weird dish eh? Well, my newest creation is kind of similar to my earlier Sweet & Spicy Tempeh & Tofu Stir Fry Recipe, both of which were inspired by my favourite sambal goreng dish. This time, I added a touch of fusion element by combining Asian & Western flavours. The tip is to use fresh crab meat (extracted from a steamed mud crab or flower crab) that is sweeter in flavour instead of packet or canned ones that can be quite fishy in taste. Contrasting textures bound together by a punchy chilli spice is the real highlight. If you’re feeling a little adventurous to experiment something new, do give this Spicy Stir Fried Tempeh with Crab Meat Recipe a try. Enjoy!
