Taiwan Sausage Spaghetti Recipe

I never would have thought of stir frying spaghetti in an Asian style like how we’d do Chinese fried noodles till my mother-in-law whipped up a quick and tasty lunch of stir fried fusilli with char siu when I first came by her house in England years ago. It works in a similar way like a fried rice as it’s so versatile cos’ we can just use any type of pasta we like with whatever ingredients we fancy. So this dish is one of those that I just came up with by using leftover ingredients in the fridge. Feel free to substitute the protein with frankfurters, Chinese sausages, shredded chicken breast meat, etc. Just look into your fridge and see what you have – I’m sure you can also come up with different interesting combos. The key is – keep it simple and hassle free – so this makes a perfect quick meal for one or you can make in advance for next day’s lunch. Enjoy this Taiwan Sausage Spaghetti Recipe! ๐Ÿ™‚
