Stir Fried Celery and Prawns in Sambal Chilli Recipe

In this part of the world where we are living in, chilli is an ingredient that we simply cannot live without. I just love the spicy kick that chillies give me. It’s like a drug…the more I eat, the more I get addicted to it.

Sambal chilli is something that can always be found in my fridge for whipping up meat or vegetable stir-fry dishes and this Stir Fried Celery and Prawns in Sambal Chilli Recipe is one all-time favourite that the family enjoys.

Be careful not to overcook your celery so they can retain their crisp and crunchiness. This dish is best served with steamed rice. If you’re not a fan of prawns, you can also replace with squids, chicken or pork. Sambal chilli goes with almost anything and everything. Enjoy! 😉
