Honey Lemon Pepper & Pork Stir Fry Recipe

Sweet & Sour Pepper Pork Stir Fry Recipe

A few days ago, I posted a Honey Lemon Chicken Recipe. Today, I’m sharing a quick and easy Chinese stir fry recipe in which I’ve also incorporated honey and lemon. This dish tastes sweet and tangy with a little heat from fresh red chillies. You can substitute the pork with either chicken or fish because this honey-lemon flavoured sauce is pretty versatile and works with most proteins. If you’re going for fish, it’s better to dip the fish slices in egg wash, coat with flour and then shallow fry them till golden brown. Add the fried fish in Step 5 of this recipe after the sauce is ready. In this way, the fish meat wouldn’t break apart and would still maintain the crispiness of the exterior.

If you’re only making this recipe as one main dish to have with rice, the portion would be just nice for 2-3 persons but if it is one of few dishes, then it can be comfortably shared between 4.
