Bacon-wrapped sausages are one of my favourite party or festive foods because they are so easy to eat, hassle-free to make and are well loved by both young and old. While we could do the same with frankfurters or wieners, nothing beats meaty sausages in natural casings like good old bratwursts because they are so much more juicy and flavoursome. And if you like streaky bacon better than back bacon, go for it. For something different, try scattering a little brown sugar on top of the bacon-wrapped sausages before popping into the oven. That caramelisation – combination of sweet and salty flavours – will definitely knock your socks off. Enjoy this Oven Baked Bacon-Wrapped Sausages Recipe! 🙂
