Coca-Cola Pork Ribs Recipe

Coca-Cola Pork Ribs Recipe

While I don’t really consume a lot of soft drinks, I do like to use them in my cooking. This Coca-Cola Pork Ribs Recipe is super easy to make. Basically, Coca-Cola is the sole formula for the sauce so except for a simple marination of the pork ribs, there is absolutely no need for further seasoning.

One thing to take note of however, is to make sure the sauce doesn’t burn because it will get more syrupy and sticky as it simmers away.

This recipe works with chicken too if you do not eat pork. Check out my Coca-Cola Chicken Recipe.
