These past 2 weeks have been crazy! And I’m seriously falling behind in my blog posts. Oops. I don’t seem to have enough time everyday to complete most if not all tasks on my to-do list, oh man. Time just flies too quickly though it’s not necessarily a bad thing. I was running errands at Orchard Road yesterday and saw all that Christmas decor and stuffs ???? – my favourite time of the year is coming! 😉
For today, I would like to share a really simple recipe that will help save precious time on a busy day because all you need to do is to pop all the ingredients into a Dutch oven and let them simmer over the stove top. If you don’t want carbs, you can just enjoy the stew on its own. For me, I served the stew over some steamed brown rice because the oyster-sauce-based flavour was just so rich and yummy. Enjoy! 🙂
